It was about time I got my hands on sweet baby Camille!

I hadn't seen her little family since she was still in her mama's belly .

"Fly High In The Sky"

That is what my little Isaac calls this game. The game where his dad throws him up high in the air. Shrill squeals of delight are always sure to ensue.

While you can't see my little guy's face in this photo, I somehow can still 'feel' this moment. I can picture JUST what his expression would be, I can almost hear his giggles and his usual rhetoric, "do it again!".

I love this photo and the boys in it.

Last Saturday, during our trip down to Columbus, Andy and I met our wonderful friends Erin + Corey for lunch at one of our favorite restaurants.
We just happened to get together the day AFTER Erin's due date with baby girl! I couldn't get over how beautiful my friend looked. She was even full of smiles, despite being very ready to meet her little lady!
I, of course, could not resist doing a little impromptu photo shoot of my very beautiful and very pregnant friend.
We love you guys and can't wait for you to become parents. If little girl is anything like the two of you, she is sure to be bright and beautiful, full of wisdom and integrity (not to mention, super cool too).

I can't believe my little man will be two years old in just a few weeks. I honestly don't know where the time goes. There is little I've felt so honored to be a part of in life, than watching my little Isaac grow and learn. While time passing is a bittersweet thing for me, I look ahead... excited to see what his life will be. I pray the Lord protects his little heart and soul. *Sighhhhhhhh.......*

Long Time Chic Friends as Mamas Photo Shoot

When I found out my chic friend all the way since JUNIOR HIGH was also having a little BOY, I was so excited. These boys MUST be friends, WILL be friends... if we have anything to say about it ;)

Christina and I also share a love for photo-taking. [Check out her blog to see some of her beautiful work.] So, naturally, she and I HAD to do a baby + mama photo shoot. I'm sure this is only the first of many to come.... sorry little men. Such is your life!

Silly Chic Friends

So, what do two twenty-somethings do when they are stressed out and in need of feeling whimsical, fun and silly? They dress up and do a photo shoot... naturally!
Here are a few of my favorites from an early September photo shoot with my dear chic friend, Angela.

During our last trip to the beach, our little condo that we rented had so nicely situated, two bright orange swivel chairs. I, of course, could not resist the temptation to drag them down to the shore for a fun, family photo shoot! Hoorah!
